Policies

Reschedules- If something comes up and you won’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee if we are notified less than an hour of your appointment time. If you notify us prior to that time frame, you will be able to reschedule your appointment for a later date, and transfer your initial deposit to apply to your appointment. If you are deciding to cancel your appointment, you will simply forfeit your deposit.

Refunds- We do not offer refunds on any of our services, or deposits. We strongly encourage you look over the FAQ page before booking an appointment so you know with confidence you are ready.

No-Show- If you do not make it to your appointment and do not notify any of our staff prior, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the full amount of the service you missed.
